Welcome to SubSentry. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, specifications, and regulations governing the use of the SaaS spend optimization platform offered by ODISUN TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED.

1. SaaS License and Utilization

Subject to payment of subscription fees corresponding to your plan, OdisunTech grants your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize the SubSentry platform. Client administrators are fully responsible for:

• Configuring and verifying Plaid links and card access tokens.
• Securing administrator accounts and limiting billing access scopes.
• Authorizing contract negotiation drafts or downsizing triggers.

2. Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

We strive to maintain continuous system availability. For our Professional and Enterprise tiers, we provide a 99.9% and 99.99% spend sync pipeline SLA respectively. This SLA does not cover connection failures caused by third-party bank API downfalls or card issuer network dropouts.

3. Limitations of Liability

OdisunTech provides the platform "as-is". We shall not be held liable for any loss of database files, server downtime, or business interruptions resulting from spend mapping calculations or dashboard alerts. Deactivating software tools or downsizing licenses are operations that must be reviewed carefully.
