To run spend optimizations and mapping calculations, SubSentry accesses financial statements and user directories via read-only APIs provided by client administrators. We collect and process the following parameters:

• Corporate card transactions, vendor descriptors, and monthly invoice metadata.
• System membership states, paid licenses counts, and ex-employee registry markers.
• Departmental designations, manager designations, and budget allocation files.

We do not store full card numbers, CVVs, or active personal directory credentials. All transaction statement access is routed through secure Plaid APIs.

We process collected finance maps only to calculate spend waste. Specifically, we use these values to:

• Categorize messy statements descriptors into structured software vendor names.
• OCR parse invoices to grab paid seat license capacities.
• Cross-reference logins count in directories to discover zombie accounts.

OdisunTech enforces strict read-only tokens and AES-256 encryptions in database storage tables. All communication transfers are routed over TLS 1.3 tunnels, meeting strict SOC 2 audit compliance standards.
